The following are required to buy or sell at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Collector Car Auction:

Fee Schedule: 
Fee to bid on vehicles $100
Fee to consign Reserve vehicle (per unit) $299
Fee to consign Non Reserve vehicle (per unit) $99
Buyer Fee 6% of Sold Price
Seller Fee 6% of Sold Price
Minimum Buy/Sell Fee $300


*  Current State Driver's License as well as a second form of identification
*  A Completed Dealer Auctions, Inc. Registration
          *Buyer/Seller Information Sheet
          *Signed Auction Policies Sheet
*   Proof of Current Auto Insurance

Buyers Only:
*  Bank Letter of Guarantee

Sellers Only:
*   A completed Consignment Information Sheet
*   A copy of the Vehicle Title, front and back
*   Photos of the vehicle.  Email digital images and descriptions to dlrauctioninfo@aol.com.

Dealers Only:
*   Copy of Sales Tax exemption form
*   Copy of State issued Dealer License
*   If person other than the Owner of the Dealership is to act as a Representative, please include
     complete Authorized Representative Form.

Pre-registration is highly recommended but you will be able to register the day of the auction.
